BBS-EX-TE
Various Blackbodies with a large uniform extended area emitter plate used for thermal imaging camera calibration and focal point array detectors (FPA). Comes in a variety of emitter sizes and temperature ranges (-30 to 150ºC).
The BBS-EX-TE Extended Area Blackbody series are TE temperature extended area calibration sources for IR thermometers and cameras. The solid copper emitter plate provides excellent uniformity and emissivity, over 0.95 from 0.8 – 30 um.

BBS120-TE
The Process Sensors blackbody calibration source model BBS120-TE is well suited for calibration and verification of non-contact infrared thermometers, thermal imaging cameras, FPA (focal plane arrays), and spectrometers in the temperature range from –15 °C to 120 °C.
A serial interface RS485 (optional USB adapter) enables the control of the black body via a PC. Digital PID controller and precision platinum resistance thermometer Pt100 provide for excellent accuracy and stability. An integrated purge fitting for dry air or nitrogen reduces condensation on the emitter plate at low operating temperatures. The BBS120 offers fast slew rates, high emissivity and uniformity.

BBS1150
The BBS1150 is perfect for mid to high temperature applications. User selectable temperature set points within 200° to 1150°C (BBS1150). Simply adjust the set point on the precision digital PID controller to any temperature within the specified temperature range and the BlackBody should stabilize and begin reading.
The PSC Model BBS1150 will attain the set point temperature, stabilize and produce the radiometric temperature readings necessary for precision calibration of non-contact infrared thermometers, thermal imaging detectors/camera, focal plane array detectors, heat flux meters, spectrophotometers and optical devices.

BBS1500i-40
The BBS1500i-40 is a highly stable calibration source which provides automatic calibration. It is ideally used for the calibration of short wavelength pyrometers and thermal imaging cameras between 50 and 1500°C. The large aperture size allows for easy alignment between the blackbody and the device under test.
The BBS 1500i-40 is an adjustable temperature blackbody source with a wide temperature range of 50 to 1500°C (122 to 2732°F) and a 40 mm (1.57”) aperture. It is capable of precise calibration of pyrometers/thermal imaging cameras with spot sizes up to 24 mm. The BBS 1500i-40 outperforms other blackbodies on the market within fast heat up times: 1450°C in 40 minutes. With its cylindrical cavity for providing uniform temperature radiation and simultaneous display of set point and actual temperature values, the BBS1500i-40 is a reliable and easy to read blackbody source.
