PBDT-1 PET bottle drop tester, allows a repeatable drop testing. Complies with the ISBT requirements, bottles up to 160 mm in diameter, can be dropped from 500 to 2000 mm high. Our PBDT-1 includes also an angle adjustment for special test. The walls are movable and adjustable to fit any kind of bottles from 150 ml to 4 L. PBDT-1 allows testing in vertical or horizontal position. Safe conception and stainless steel structure ensure durability and easy cleaning. Draining output is installed under the bottom plate. A front door gives an easy access to see the test and retrieve the bottles after impact.
