    Miho Gauss P

    The packing inspection unit miho Gauss P inspects a wide range of packed bottle crates to see if they are complete and correctly arranged. The inspection unit is usually installed after the packer/shrink tunnel and before the palletiser.

    What is inspected:
    • Bottles in returnable crates
    • Cans in cardboard trays
    • Beverage carton packaging in cardboard trays
    • Bottles in shrink packs

    No mechanical adjustment of the machine is necessary when the crate format changes. The inspection results, parameter values, and user logins are logged. An optional interface enables remote maintenance access and data transfer via Ethernet.

    Miho Gauss F

    The full crate inspection unit miho Gauss F is used to inspect whether drinks crates or tray packs contain the complete number of bottles/containers after the packer by means of a completely newly developed camera-laser system. No further sensors are required for any modifications/new crate types.

    The respective crate type can be selected via a touchscreen, without having to make any mechanical changes or adjustments of the sensors. Inspection results, parameter values and user logs are logged. Data transfer via Ethernet is possible via an optional interface.

    The empty crate inspection miho Gauss E inspects a wide range of bottle crates to see whether all the bottles have been unpacked. The inspection unit is usually installed before the packer.

    What is inspected:
    • Remaining bottles
    • Other foreign objects which prevent the crate from being packed
