Evaluation unit for checking the presence of labels and the position of glass and PET bottles. The inspection is carried out by using colour cameras and a high-performance LED lighting system.
Comprehensive statistics of the individual types of fault are available. A serial fault detection is implemented. Connection to an external production data acquisition system is possible.
The camera lighting unit is fitted as standard in the labelling machine. With wrap-around labels, assembly is also possible at the outfeed of the labelling machine.
