  • PSC Surveyor Series

    PSC Surveyor Series

The Process Sensors Surveyor camera series offers a comprehensive range of imaging and line scanning camera systems to continuously monitor and control industrial processes. Measures temperatures starting from -20 to 1800°C

The Process Sensors Corporation (PSC) Surveryor camera series offers a comprehensive range of imaging and line scanning camera systems to continuously monitor and control industrial processes. These state of the art camera systems provide real-time thermography with an astonishing 128 Hz frame rate.

The systems can be remotely triggered to respond to fast occurring events, initiating alarms, outputs or capturing and recording data to a network for later retrieval and analysis. In addition, the Surveyor camera series can be switched in the field to a line scanner mode, which allows the camera to perform as a line scan camera. These unique products are also applied to laboratory and R&D applications covering an overall temperature span from -20°C to 1800°C.

    Thermal Imaging Camera Software

The Surveyor cameras are compact, radiometric and enable the operator to view and measure thousands of temperature points, line profiles or user selectable areas or regions of interest (ROI’s) defined by a maximum, minimum or average temperature within these regions. The smart technology and space saving design of each model brings new meaning to the word “simplicity” and sets a benchmark for quality and performance.

The Surveyor cameras are available in a variety of models with a range of termperature ranges, resolutions, and lens options to optimize the performance criteria of the camera to your application.  There is even the PSC-450-LWK model designed for aerial surveillance on drones.

  • PSC-X80LT & X400LT

    PSC-X80LT & X400LT

The PSC-X80LT is an industrial imager with 80x 80 pixels. Its autonomous operation (without continuous use of PC) with automatic hot spot finder and direct analog output make it ideal for a multitude of manufacturing process applications. The PSC-X400LT is a higher resolution industrial thermal imaging camera with 382 x 288 pixels and 80 Hz frame rate perfect for fast thermal processes. Both cameras share a temperature range of -20°C to 900°C (- 4°F to 1652°F) and can be switched from thermal imaging mode to line scanning mode.

  • PSC-12C-DW

    PSC-12C-DW

PSC-12C-DW represents state of the art, advanced high temperature process monitoring. This specialized high temperature imaging system allows multiple cameras/detectors to operate in different spectral wavebands to share a common furnace lens. The PSC-12C-DW is the industry’s first and only system allowing utilization of a broad spectrum from visible light to MWIR on a common optical path – this technology is critical for waveband optimization of each system’s optics.

    STANDARD SYSTEM INCLUDES:

    • High resolution CCD sensor with integrated 2D radiometer for dual wavelength pyrometry
    • Air cooled stainless steel furnace lens (wavelength optimized)
    • Quick change lens system
    • High temperature camera housing (IP66) with slide trac mount
    • Quick change back plate
    • 12 VDC power supplies with NEMA 4X enclosure and 15 ft. (4.6 m) cords
    • Regulator assembly with 2 ea. 15′ (4.6 m) quick disconnect air lines
    • Factory assembled, pre-adjusted and ready for installation

The PSC12C-DW is typically used in conjunction with our PV-HD-SWLTM  software to give operators the ability to visually observe process conditions and obtain non contact process temperature data.

  • PSC-400FCS

    PSC-400FCS

Increased travel volumes and routine international travel enables the rapid global spread of contagious diseases that can quickly lead to pandemics. Any public place where groups of people congregate provides the opportunity to spread the disease. A key component to limiting and slowing the spread of infection is implementing fast, non contact and non-invasive methods to screen and identify elevated human body temperatures—one of the warning signals of many types of viral infections. The PSC-400FCS thermal camera meets and exceeds all the demands.
While ideal for screening travelers, the system can be deployed at entrances of commercial businesses or public venues where people gather, making it an ideal method to protect the health of the public, singling out those at risk, and assuring the overall efficiency of contagion prevention. In addition to the travel points previously mentioned, the following locations may benefit:

    • Airports and other transportation centers may use a scanner at every entrance to protect travelers and staff.
    • General businesses safeguard the health of all through traffic by screening everyone who passes through their portals.
    • Fever screening will put travelers, employees and visitors at ease.

The bi-spectral system camera contains both a thermal and visible camera in the same rugged, light-weight housing. Operating with a response time of 30ms, it can switch from a visual to thermal image in real time, identifying crowds or individuals as desired. The camera may be used in stand-alone operation with a PC or as a networkable system via Ethernet cable. The unique automatic thermal facial recognition feature creates a boxlike border around the head of a person and auto tags the associated temperature.
The PSC-400FCS system works discreetly. The software singles out individuals whose skin temperatures exceed a pre-determined value set by the user or operator. The visual alarm gives monitoring operators the capability to identify and isolate potential virus carriers from their fellow travelers, thereby leading to private medical examinations. The PSC-400FCS software offers the ability to automatically save an IR image when the alarm is tripped.
The PSC-400FCS imaging system— consisting of the IR thermal camera, software, 2 mounting brackets and companion blackbody reference source—is easy to install. The camera may also be mounted on a tripod. The system can be relocated and set up in minimum time. The blackbody source is located in the observed image viewing area, assuring the camera’s temperature accuracy of ±0.54°F // ±0.3°C.

  • PSC-320FCS

    PSC-320FCS

All public spaces where groups of people congregate provide the opportunity to spread disease. A key component to limiting and slowing the spread of infection is implementing fast, non-contact, and non-invasive methods to screen and identify elevated human body temperature. One of the few warning signs of many viral and bacterial infections is a fever.
The accurate, high performance, value-driven PSC-320FCS is ideal for the task of securing the health of employees and customers at smaller businesses, as well as students and staff members at schools and universities. Budget-conscious school boards would do well to consider installation of the system for use now and well into the future; and younger generations will benefit from the protection of these safeguard systems for years to come.
The motion detecting, face-recognition camera systems are deployed at building entrances where individuals gather. The PSC320-FCS provides a safe, non-invasive way to protect public health by highlighting those at risk.

    • Businesses and schools may use a scanner at every entrance to protect visitorsand staff.
    • General businesses safeguard the health of all through traffic by screening everyone who passes through their portals.
    • Fever screening will put employees, customers, faculty, visitors, and students at ease.
