Multi-Reject System
The miho HSPM is a multi-reject system with linear drive, handling up to 72,000 containers/hour across a very wide range of glass, plastic, can and carton containers. Servo-controlled operation compensates for different container shapes and weights, and can reject to two separate channels.
Multi-Reject System (Linear Drive)
The miho HSPM is a reject system with linear drive for universal use in glass and plastic bottles, as well as cans or carton packaging (empty or filled). Rejection to two channels — for example, return belt or reject container — is possible by adjusting the stroke length for each class of fault.
Different container shapes and weights are compensated for through servo-control of the linear drive, with no influence on the motion sequence of the reject block. The rejection process is individually configured for different container types, so it can be optimised to the respective container type.
