The KUKLA E-DBW-P Apron Weigh Feeder handles bulk materials with very high temperatures that standard rubber conveyor belts can’t process, using robust metal plates instead. Covering 0.1-1000 t/h, it’s ideal for the cement, magnesite and steel industries.
Usual rubber conveyor belts are not usable for bulk materials with very high temperatures. In these temperature ranges, the KUKLA apron weigh feeder is used. Even where large bunker cross-sections are necessary for material discharge, and where the wear and tear of a rubber conveyor belt is too high, KUKLA apron weigh feeders can be used. In these scales, the material lies on robust metal plates.
It was a great challenge for KUKLA’s engineers to integrate high-sensitive measuring technology into this design, achieved in a way that is unique in the world. The typical range of application is in the cement, magnesite and steel industries, for middle to high-range conveying capacity for continuous dosing of grained bulk materials.
Stable, vibration-free subconstruction.
Purpose-built for the cement, magnesite and steel industries, where high-temperature grained bulk materials would quickly wear out a standard rubber conveyor belt.
