The SSA-D Secure Seal Analyzer delivers precise data on container seal integrity using AT2E’s patented piercing system for accurate, non-destructive measurement. Covering 0-16 bar at 0.01 bar resolution, its touchscreen and stainless steel build suit bottles, cans and preforms.

Seal quality isn’t visible to the naked eye — the SSA-D Secure Seal Analyzer makes it measurable, because a seal that looks good isn’t always a seal that holds. AT2E’s SSA-D tests the secure seal performance of products using AT2E’s patented needle, making installation and piercing very quick and easy in any medium. By vacuum technology and special design, the needle uses a self-holding function on the tested product.
The SSA-D is also compatible with the needle of the classic Secure Seal Tester (typical screwed needle).
