The PSC-PC and PSC-PE Series are low-cost, self-contained, loop-powered IR sensors for measuring moving objects and low-reflective materials, covering -20°C to 500°C. PSC-PC has a fixed 0.95 emissivity for dull surfaces, while PSC-PE offers remotely adjustable emissivity for greater versatility.
The PSC-PC and PSC-PE Series are a group of high-quality, low-cost non-contact sensors that measure the temperature of moving objects and low-reflective materials. Loop-powered and self-contained, they’re ideal for OEM applications and non-reflective materials. Both models operate in the 8–14µm spectral range, with a response time of 240ms and a two-wire, loop-powered 4-20mA linear output.
Both the PSC-PC and PSC-PE are available in three temperature ranges: Low (-20°C to 100°C), Mid (0°C to 250°C), and High (0°C to 500°C). Installation is simple — just connect a temperature indicator and power supply to begin taking measurements immediately, with no complicated setup required.
Ideal for OEM integration and non-reflective materials including paper, gypsum board, plastics, asphalt, aggregates, painted surfaces and organic materials. Compact and rugged stainless steel construction, with a full range of companion accessories for harsh installation conditions, sighting and mounting.
