Laboratory Valley Beater

The VB-50 Valley Beater refines paper pulp fibres by cutting under standard conditions using the Valley method (Dutch pile), handling a standard 360g pulp batch. Its stainless steel tub and bedplate construction with adjustable beating pressure meets ISO 5264/1, PAPTAC C.2, SCAN C25, TAPPI T200 and TAPPI T205.

Laboratory Valley Beater

For refining by cutting the fibres of pulp-paper pulp under standard conditions by the Valley method (Dutch pile). A rotating roll and stationary bedplate create a controlled beating zone where pulp fibres are repeatedly squeezed, cut and fibrillated, offering controlled beating and refining at laboratory scale.
