Weigh Feeder for Alternative Fuels

This weigh feeder is used to continuously feed alternative fuels with different material properties and flow characteristics into cement kilns or boilers. For applications with dusty bulk materials and for systems requiring complete air exclusion, totally closed systems of the E-DBW-H series are used.

Alternative fuels are often delivered uncleaned, different in size, and therefore very sticky and difficult to feed. Especially for this application, KUKLA has developed a discharge device with an eccentric-moving sheet, which ensures homogeneous belt loading. On customer request, a fully automatic trough bottom cleaning device is also available.

Applications
