OMIT Adjustable Test Cans

Nomitech Inc. presents their line of OMIT adjustable Test Cans. These robust plastic cans are designed to mimic the fill level inside a can to verify the correct height settings of gamma / X-ray based fill level inspection equipment.

We currently manufacture these test cans in all standard sizes for the North American and European markets, and can also produce custom sizes.

Key Features

• GO (Green) and NO GO (Red) fill level test cans, with easily adjustable/lockable fill slug height.
• Ensures fill level systems are accurate and tuned to the correct height.
• Compatible with all XRay / Gamma based fill level inspection systems.
• Fill height set with our universal adjustment tool, then securely locked to prevent changes.
• Newest design incorporates an internal 3-point cam locking system to prevent damage from excessive force.
• Optional Good Lid metal insert and Missing Lid Challenge can, to test lid presence detection.
• Reject Challenge can, with removable stainless weights, to test proper rejection of failed product.
