Fiberglass Dosing Weigh Feeder

KUKLA has developed a system for weighing and dosing pre-chopped fiberglass. This weigh feeder is mainly used in the production of gypsum boards. By means of several weighing systems, special back-combing and combing, the fiberglass is exactly fed to the gypsum mixture.

A pre-bin with a very material-friendly discharge device (ASG) serves for pre-dosing the fiberglass, which can be filled directly from a big bag. All weighing, dosing and control functions are carried out by the KUKLA weighing electronics.
