Automated Secure Seal Analyzer

AT2E’s SSA-AUTO Secure Seal Analyzer is for testing the secure seal performance of products. It’s an automated machine with automated piercing and pressurising processes, integrating AT2E’s patented needle for automated installation. Using vacuum technology and a special design, the needle self-holds onto the tested product.

The SSA AUTO pressurises a sample and determines its leak point (bubble point). Piercing and pressurisation are automated, making it very easy to use with a fully secure setup.
