Boiler & Furnace Flue Gas Pyrometers

The Metis MY45 and MY46 are precision on-line process pyrometers purpose-built for flue gas temperature measurement in incinerators and boilers. Part of the Metis Self-Contained series, they utilise digital signal processing to exceed standard analogue pyrometers in accuracy, repeatability and temperature range, with adjustable, focusable optics for pinpointing small targets.

The MY45 operates at 4.5µm, and the MY46 at 4.6µm — both measuring flue gas temperature accurately even through combustion by-products. Temperature ranges span 400°C to 2000°C across multiple sub-ranges.

MY47 — TÜV Certified Variant

The MY47 shares the same measurement principle as the MY46, but adds TÜV certification to DIN EN 15267-2 — making it suitable for regulated continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) where certified equipment is required.
