FM 2

Filler Monitor

The miho FM 2 Filler Monitor locates incorrect filling caused by defective filling valves on a filling wheel, working in combination with a fill level inspection system from the miho Newton range. It automatically samples bottles across a complete filler round to pinpoint the faulty valve.

Filler Monitor

The miho FM 2 Filler Monitor, housed in a stainless steel electronic cabinet, is used to locate incorrect filling caused by defective filling valves on a filling wheel, in combination with a fill level inspection system from the miho Newton product range.

The FM 2 automatically samples bottles from a complete filler or capper round, without needing to have chosen a start valve or capper head. An information text shows which filler valve or capper head the first rejected bottle of the sampling came from, allowing later correlation and fast fault localisation.

Key Features

  • Localisation of the faulty filling valve.
  • Automatic sampling across a complete filler or capper round.
  • Valve-specific sample rejection.
  • Capper head allocation (in combination with a miho Newton cap inspection system).
  • Pre-configured sampling can start automatically on product type change.
  • Suitable as a retrofit for filler modernisation projects.
  • Stainless steel electronic cabinet.

Applications

Ideal for beverage bottling lines needing fast, accurate identification of faulty filling valves — whether on a new filler or as a retrofit to an existing filler modernisation project.
