Bottle Capping

Bottle Capping

PALI’s bottle capping machines cap filled bottles, available for crowns, screw metal and plastic caps, bugels and other special closure types. Machines for cans include a seaming unit, with capping head configuration scaled to match the filling machine’s capacity.

Bottle Capping

Bottle capping machines are used for capping filled bottles. They’re available in designs for crowns, screw metal and plastic caps, bugels and other special types of closures. Machines for cans contain a seaming unit. The unit is usually part of the filling block, with capacity matched to the filling machine.

The execution and number of capping heads vary according to capacity. Semi-automatic machines have a pneumatic one-head unit with manual bottle inserting. Mid-range fillers are usually equipped with pneumatic or mechanical (a universal version for both crowns and screw caps is available) one-head units with a step-by-step feeding star. The highest range offers continuous mechanical multi-position units.
