The BT ETA Force is a dynamometric force bottle for measuring compression (top load) forces during the capping process, in real-time and without dismantling equipment. Its special mechanical design cancels non-coaxial influences, with data managed via BT ETA Measure software.

Dynamometric Force Bottle

AT2E’s BT ETA Force includes a special mechanical design that avoids all influence from non-coaxial efforts, built with high-speed electronic reading of measurements. The device can be custom-made to match different bottle or can profiles, and is ready to be installed on-line after the filling machine to control capping heads in real conditions (speed and top load).

Software

Using BT ETA Measure software, it’s very convenient for users to save, manage and analyse the data — transferring data from device to software, reviewing saved data, creating and viewing graphs, and exporting as data reports, graph reports, or Excel files. Available in French, English and Chinese.
