The SSA-AUTO-F Secure Seal Analyzer is a fully automatic, water-free leak testing instrument for bottles, cans and preforms, using AT2E’s patented piercing unit. Covering 0-16.00 bar with ±0.5% accuracy, it accommodates samples up to 350mm high and 120mm in diameter.

The SSA-AUTO-F Secure Seal Analyzer is an advanced leak testing instrument designed to test the integrity of bottles, cans and preforms. It’s an automated machine with automated piercing and pressurising processes, integrating AT2E’s patented needle for automated installation. Using vacuum technology and a special self-holding design, the needle secures itself onto the tested product.
Fully automatic with high-precision sensing, the SSA-AUTO-F features a water-free design that’s easier to use and maintain than traditional water bath testers. Operators simply install the sample and press a button to start the test, with results recorded automatically.
