AT2E’s PATT-1 Pop and Tear Tester provides a complete solution for easy-open ends inspection. It’s able to measure the pop and tear force of different types of easy-open ends across multiple test modes, and has been widely used in the can, food and beverage industries.

PATT-1 uses a high-definition touchscreen with user-friendly program design, making it very easy and convenient to use. Operators simply install the end, hook the tab, then press the start button — the system automatically measures pop and tear forces and displays the results on screen.
