Automated Torque Tester

AT2E’s AMTT 2 Automated Torque Tester is specially designed for measuring and controlling the torque of caps on cassette bottles, vials and plastic bottles. Its stainless steel design complies with industrial standards. The AMTT 2 uses a special mechanical system for measuring torque which cancels most non-coaxial and top-load influences on the measurement, and a quick clamping system compatible with different sample sizes makes sample clamping easy and simple — cancelling most operator-induced influences for maximum repeatability.

With a high-resolution touchscreen, it’s very user-friendly — operator, sample and test information can all be displayed, with the real-time torque curve shown alongside the test process. The “One Key Measure” design makes measurement extremely easy, with “Given Angle” and “Given Torque” modes satisfying different measuring requirements.
