Powerful, Low-cost, Autonomous Thermal Imaging Camera with Hot Spot Detection

The PSC-Ti80LT is an industrial imager with 80x 80 pixels. Its autonomous operation (without continuous use of a PC) with automatic hot spot finder and direct analog output makes it ideal for a multitude of manufacturing process applications. The IR thermal imaging camera system can measure temperatures from -20°C to 900°C (-4°F to 1652°F) and can be switched from thermal imaging mode to line-scanning mode.

The PSC-Ti80LT and PSC-Ti41LT are advanced industrial thermal imaging cameras designed for accurate and reliable non-contact temperature measurement across a wide range of applications. With measurement capabilities from -20°C up to 1500°C, these cameras are ideal for industries such as manufacturing, plastics, metals, ceramics, and building materials.

Engineered for flexibility and ease of use, both models support stand-alone operation with automatic hot and cold spot detection, enabling efficient process monitoring without continuous PC connection. Integrated analog and digital outputs (including RS485) allow seamless integration into industrial control systems for real-time process automation.

The PSC-Ti80LT offers a high-speed 50 Hz frame rate, while the PSC-Ti41LT provides enhanced resolution and versatile operation modes, making them suitable for both standard and fast thermal processes. Their compact, rugged stainless steel design ensures durability in harsh industrial environments, while a wide range of lens options allows precise adaptation to different fields of view and measurement distances.
