Description
The PSC-12C-DW is an advanced dual-wavelength thermal imaging camera specifically engineered for real-time monitoring of high-temperature kiln processes. Designed to deliver accurate, non-contact temperature measurement, it enables operators to visualise kiln interiors and optimise production efficiency, safety, and process control.
This state-of-the-art imaging system combines multi-wavelength infrared technology with real-time data acquisition and processing, allowing users to generate detailed colour thermographic images while simultaneously monitoring multiple regions of interest. Its ability to see through challenging conditions such as smoke, ash, and haze ensures reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
Equipped with a wide-angle fisheye lens, rugged construction, and a retractable protection mechanism, the PSC-12C-DW is built for durability and long-term operation in demanding kiln applications. The system integrates seamlessly with industrial processes through network connectivity, 4–20 mA outputs, and OPC interfaces, enabling real-time control and monitoring.
Paired with the powerful PSC PyroCamera-HD software, users gain full access to real-time visualisation, data analysis, recording, and remote monitoring capabilities—making the PSC-12C-DW an ideal solution for improving productivity and ensuring consistent process quality in high-temperature environments.
