Step-by-Step Filling Machine (500-600 BPH)

The second step in PALI’s range, step-by-step filling machines are suitable for small breweries and producers, usually supplied as a block with a rinsing unit and a single head closing unit. The machine is driven mostly by pneumatic actuators, and as the name suggests, works in discrete steps.

The filling principle, valve internals and hygienic standards match those used on larger continuous machines. The key advantage over the semi-automatic range is avoiding operator contact with filled, open bottles — the operator only loads empty bottles at the input and takes full, closed bottles at the output, increasing hygiene in the filling process.

Available in two variants according to the customer’s space requirements. Not suitable for filling PET bottles.
