Pipe Conveyor Belt Scale

Multiple roller belt scales of the EBW-M-R-Ø series are specially developed for installation into existing pipe conveyor belt systems. The modified roller stations are mounted via a roller support bridge onto several load cells, so that even with this scale type, very high accuracy is achieved.

They serve to measure and register bulk material flows within pipe conveyors. For speed measurement, a digital tacho is provided, either running on the return belt or attached to the deflection drum. Optionally, the scale can be equipped with a test weight device, which serves for a quick and easy check of the weighing accuracy.
