The V-DG offers volumetric dosing instead of gravimetric, providing a cost-effective alternative for production lines that want to dose additives in the medium accuracy range. Thanks to its dust-tight design, the V-DG can be operated reliably even in demanding production environments.
Volumetric dosing measures material volume rather than weight, depending on material density and flow behaviour — a simpler, more economical alternative to gravimetric (weight-based) dosing where the highest precision isn’t required.
