Weighing and Dosing Screw Feeder

The weighing and dosing screw conveyor from KUKLA offers a completely closed system for the dosing and weighing of fine and dust-like bulk materials. Feeding of the weighing and dosing screwfeeder is carried out by a rotary vane feeder or a dosing screw. Through a fixed bearing on the feeding side and the bearing of the load cell on the discharge side, influences of material transfer are compensated.

The weighing unit records the weight of the conveyed material in the screw pipe in real time, resulting in precise dosing or weighing. The closed pipe system prevents dust emissions and protects the environment and conveyed material from contamination — particularly suitable for materials with high temperatures and for powders and fine-grained materials.
