Compact, Portable Blackbody Calibration Source

The BBS500-57 is a lightweight blackbody ideal for the calibration verification of pyrometers and thermal imaging cameras, used for temperature ranges between 50°C and 500°C. Cost-efficient and easy to transport, this blackbody can quickly be put to use across plants, laboratories and factories — ideal for the verification and calibration of non-contact infrared thermometers, infrared detectors and thermal imaging camera systems.

With a large aperture opening of 2.25 inches (57mm), the BBS500-57 allows for calibration across a wide range of infrared thermometers. The isothermal target can be controlled in set-point increments of 0.1° within the full temperature range, with a resolution of 0.1°C/°F.
