ATR-P

High-Performance Critical Angle Refractometer

The ATR P is a robust, waterproof critical angle refractometer designed for the sugar industry and mixing ratio/mass fraction determination, pairing a stainless steel measuring head with a VariControl unit and high-resolution 7″ TFT touchscreen. It supports both single and flow-through measurement, even for liquids containing solid matter.

High-Performance Process Refractometer

The robust ATR P critical angle refractometer is especially designed for applications in the sugar industry and for the determination of mixing ratios or mass fraction. The complete system consists of the robust and waterproof ATR P measuring head made from stainless steel, and the VariControl unit with a high-resolution 7″ TFT touchscreen.

Like all SCHMIDT + HAENSCH instruments, this refractometer is easy to handle while providing highly accurate and reproducible measuring results. Depending on the application, ATR P allows for both single and flow-through measurement. The measuring head can be placed both vertically and horizontally with respect to the sample chamber — so liquid samples containing solid matter can also be measured, making the ATR P well-suited for quality control of liquids such as fruit juice.

Key Features

  • Robust, waterproof stainless steel measuring head.
