The PSC-Ti396-HT is a high-resolution, autonomous thermal imaging camera with 396 x 300 pixels and 20 Hz frame rate, built for high-temperature industrial processes from 450°C to 1800°C (842°F to 3272°F). Its automatic hot spot finder and direct analogue output make it ideal for steel, metals and other high-heat manufacturing applications.
The PSC-Ti396-HT is a high-resolution industrial thermal imaging camera with 396 x 300 pixels and 20 Hz frame rate, perfect for fast thermal processes. Its stand-alone operation — without continuous use of a PC, also known as autonomous mode — combined with automatic hot spot finder and direct analogue output make it ideal for a variety of manufacturing process applications. The camera covers a wide temperature range from 450°C (842°F) to 1800°C (3272°F) and can be switched from thermal imaging mode to line scanning mode.
Well suited to high-temperature industries including steel, metals, induction heating, cement and lime, and power generation — anywhere continuous, non-contact thermal imaging is needed at process temperatures beyond the range of standard imaging cameras.
Includes PSC-CameraConnect software for analysis, colour palettes and automatic hot/cold spot detection, supporting both live monitoring and post-process data review.
