Seam quality is a critical parameter for can inspection. The automatic AT2E SeamCheck Plus, using a dual projector, provides the most efficient method for carrying out these analyses. With an improved, more flexible and more compact projector design, and the latest UHD CCD camera, SeamCheck Plus delivers much higher-definition images than earlier models — further improved by enhanced contrast for an even better seam profile image.

The device is equipped with software for analysing and processing images and measurements, using AT2E’s seam saw to obtain a clear seam section image.
